1952 Saito Plan

Born December 29, 1908 on shipboard between Hawaii and San Francisco to Japanese immigrants. Never visited Japan, but treasured his heritage. Sister, K. Ruth Saito. Pencil sketches of Tanforan Assembly Center in California. Practiced architecture in Madison, WI and then formed a partnership with Flinn and practiced architecture in Waterloo, Iowa until his death in 1980.
